Giridhar is a senior finance professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has held senior positions in international banks and in a Big 4 firm across Asia, Middle East, UK & Africa.

He has been associated with Indianow Foundation as a mentor since its inception as he strongly believes in its mission of Creating Noble Citizens.

Giridhar is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He also holds Masters in Business Administration from a reputed college in UK.

Venugopal is a senior Banking professional with over 30 years of experience in international banks across Asia, Europe and Middle East.

Inspired by his mentor, there are two values which he has embedded in his heart : unconditional love and humility. This helps him contribute to noble goals, while remaining insignificant.

Venugopal is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and ACIB (UK).

Suresh is a senior finance professional with over 25 years of experience in banking. He lives in the Middle East and is actively engaged in supporting the activities of Indianow Foundation. He believes that “Service to humanity is service to God.”

Suresh is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CFA Charter holder (USA).

Jagannath is a former financial markets professional with over 20 years of experience in Banking. Currently he is focussed full time on managing the Academics program of Nivritti Gurukul.

He is an Engineer and holds a Masters Degree in Business Management.

As a young Chartered Accountant, Prasanthi worked with a couple of top consulting companies for a few years. What started as a short sabbatical on account of relocating overseas ended up in a permanent shift in the sector and work profile.

Prasanthi is engaged full time with the admissions process for Nivritti Gurukul. She feels the role has enabled her to identify the purpose of her life and contribute to nation building. She is experiencing Buddha’s quote “If you light a lamp for someone else, it will also brighten your own path” in her day-to-day life. It keeps her going strong.

Anant is a Chartered Accountant and was a senior professional with a leading power Company. He held senior positions (including board level position) in the areas of Accounts & Finance, Audit and Ethics.

He believes in his erstwhile employer’s motto, that whatever comes from the people must go back to the people many times over. Anant, after retirement, is now engaged full time as Resident Director of Nivritti Gurukul.

Shanthi is a Finance Professional with over a decade of experience in Big 4 firms across India, Middle East, Africa & Singapore. On a fast track to become a Partner in her company, she decided that her life should be engaged in a more meaningful pursuit and took early retirement from her job.

Inspired by her mentor, she now devotes her skills and time to the handling of the finances of Indianow Foundation. Shanthi is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Srinivasan is a senior professional with over 30 years of experience in international banks across India, the Middle East and Singapore. Having achieved corporate success early in his career, he took early retirement from his banking career to live by the inspiration of his mentor.

He believes “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others”
and is now engaged full time in driving the Nivritti Gurukul project. Srinivasan is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and CFA (USA).

Shantharamji is the guiding light of both Indianow Foundation and of Nivritti Gurukul. He is also the inspiration and mentor for the other Trustees and Volunteers.

He has fully dedicated the last four decades of his life to service of the downtrodden, touched millions of lives and transformed them for the better.

He continues to actively engage in service and is deeply committed to his passion of bringing Nobility and values based success to the deserving people of rural India.

Sudha started her professional journey as a lecturer of History in a renowned college in Chennai and did multiple teaching assignments in India & overseas. Later in her career she moved to the field of Teacher’s Training, where she learnt not just the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours required by teachers but also the skills and modern methodology of teaching like use of audio-visual aids, computers, project work, group assignments etc. that make study more interesting and engaging.

Her passion for teaching is innate and she feels the position of Director- Academics at Nivritti Gurukul helps her implement her life-long professional learning for nation building. She is finding great joy in enabling capable and deserving students from across India, become Noble Civil Services officers in the near future.

Janaki is a trained Indian classical music and dance professional, and has over 30 years of experience in performing, choreographing and teaching the art forms. Several of her students have performed their Arangetrams (dance debuts) and continue performing.

Inspired by noble heroes, her mentor and her belief that “We rise by lifting others”, Janaki involved herself in administration of the volunteering drive in the early years of the Nivritti Gurukul project. She is now fully dedicated towards creating a robust volunteering organization to enable Indians across the world to contribute to nation building.

Janaki holds professional qualifications in Marketing and Information Technology as well.
